Important: Update Your Mobile Banking App by October 2nd

As part of our transition to Community First Credit Union, we'll be updating the app on October 2nd. You'll continue using the same login credentials, but you'll notice some enhancements to the app's look and feel.

To ensure uninterrupted access, be sure to update to the latest version of the app on or after October 2nd.

What You Need to Know

Your Login Credentials Will Stay the Same

You will continue to access your accounts using the same username and password you use today. No action is required regarding your login information.

Update Your App on October 2nd

To ensure uninterrupted access to Mobile Banking, please download the latest version of the app on or after October 2nd. Updating your app gives you access to the latest enhancements and ensures continued access to all available features and functionality.

Older Versions Will No Longer Be Supported

Beginning October 2nd, previous versions of the app will no longer be supported. Members using an outdated version may experience issues accessing Mobile Banking services until the app is updated.

Bill Pay and Zelle® Downtime

Both Bill Pay and Zelle® will be unavailable between 6 a.m. and 12 p.m. on October 2nd for scheduled maintenance related to our app update. If you have payments due during this time, remember you can schedule them in advance with Bill Pay.

How to Update Your App

Updating is quick and easy:

  1. Open the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
  2. Search for the First Southern Mobile Banking App if needed.
  3. Download or install the latest available update.
  4. Log in using your existing username and password.

Do I need a new username or password?
No. You can continue using your current login credentials.
Will I still be able to access my accounts?
Yes. Once your app is updated, you'll continue to have access to your accounts and services.
What changes will I notice?
You'll see some updates to the app's look and feel as part of the first phase of our transition to Community First Credit Union.
